Greene County Fair

Catch all the excitement and family fun at the Greene County Fair!

4-H & FFA members from around the area dedicate a large portion of their time each year to raising a steer or lamb while learning responsibility, decision-making, teamwork, and an appreciation for their important role in agriculture and society.

Come out to the Greene County Fair to witness the culmination of their project during competitions. And support local 4-H & FFA members by purchasing a market animal. Each purchase supports a youth involved in an educational program and brings choice meat to the dinner table.

 We would like to announce that a maximum of six $1,000 scholarships, through the Msgr. John W. Mignot Scholarship Program, will be awarded to Pennsylvania residents, currently (or had been previously) active for at least two years in a fair that is a member of PSACF, and will be attending college, trade or technical school, or an accredited higher education institution which requires a minimum of two full semesters for completion. The scholarships are sponsored by the Pennsylvania State Association of County Fairs. The qualifying students must submit their applications to the Greene County Fair by June 30, 2025. Information is available from the Greene County Fair, through Penn State Cooperative Extension of Greene County and from local high school offices.
